Waiki’i Ranch is located off Saddle Road in the middle of Parker Ranch with elevations ranging between 3,500 and 5,000 feet. It is about a 15 minute drive from Waimea and is situated between Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. The current Waiki’i Ranch consists of over 3,000 acres and has parcels ranging in size from 10, 20, and 40-acre residential lots zoned for agricultural use.
There are two entry gates to the Ranch, one up top and one down below. Commonly owned ranch facilities include 12 miles of roads, a clubhouse, recreation building, polo field, and an equestrian and rodeo facility. Inside the recreation room there is an exercise room, and also a racquetball court. Amenities here are complete with miles of access trails for horseback riding and hiking.
Waiki’i Ranch is a master planned community with CC&Rs and design rules that ensure high standards of architecture and construction. All improvements are restricted to a designated building area on each lot. The rest of each lot is dedicated to pasture and trees. Owners may graze their lots with privately owned livestock or open their pasture to the community herd of cattle if they choose not to own livestock. The community herd is moved throughout the Ranch agricultural easements as needed.
Real estate opportunities range from unimproved parcels to a modest country home and on to complete equestrian property that will amaze you!
