Mauna Kea Beach Resort
Mauna Kea Beach Resort offers the perfect location and best weather on the Kohala Coast. Situated on a beautiful crescent beach, the luxury Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is an ideal setting for a relaxing private get away. The Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel, also a part of the resort, sits above the longest white sand beach on the Big Island. Real estate options vary from single family homes to condominiums.
Puako / Waialea
These beautiful oceanfront communities are located between the Mauna Kea Resort and Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast. Puako consists of about 160 lots with half of these lots situated on either side of the road that runs along the coast. Located in the middle of Parker Ranch, Waiki’i Ranch is 3,000 acres in size, nearly 11 miles from the town of Kamuela, and resides on the western slopes of Mauna Kea, which is a dormant volcano.
